West Watch Trust is a small charity bordering the Ashdown Forest in Sussex. In the 1960s the West Watch Estate, owned by Doris Skinner, was put in to trust to be used for “the advancement and promotion of the Christian faith”.

With this in mind gospel centred bookings such as alpha courses, church retreats and youth groups are given priority and prices are also adjusted accordingly.

Whether the purpose of your stay is for respite, prayer retreat, bible teaching, team building , sermon prep or youth weekend away we hope you will keep it’s purpose in mind too.

West Watch is run by a board of trustees and a set Wardens. Over the years there have been many faithful care takers of West Watch including many volunteers and we hope it will continue to be a blessing for many years to come.
